User Agreement

By creating a 21 Zon account, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use 21 Zon. Options trading, spot trading, savings, and credit products may carry additional eligibility requirements depending on your region.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Options and spot trading involve real financial risk, including the potential loss of your full premium or principal. Past performance of any market or product shown in the app is not a guarantee of future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

Displayed payout rates, fees, interest rates, and credit terms are subject to change and are shown for informational purposes at the time of each transaction.

Fixed-term savings products lock your principal for the stated term. Early withdrawal, where permitted, may forfeit some or all accrued interest. Loan products are subject to approval, available credit, and the repayment terms presented to you before you accept them.

You agree not to use 21 Zon for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to manipulate markets or pricing shown in the app, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement or applicable law. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any open positions or outstanding balances.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of 21 Zon after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
